Meet Dr. Heidi Mederos

Dr. Mederos earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Nova Southeastern University, graduating at the top of her class and as a distinguished member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. She furthered her education and expertise at Nova Southeastern University by completing a rigorous four-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. During her residency, Dr. Mederos gained comprehensive, hands-on experience at multiple Level I trauma centers across South Florida, refining her skills in a full spectrum of surgical procedures.

As a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Mederos upholds the highest standards of excellence in her field. She is an active member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS), the Florida Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (FSOMS), and the American Dental Association (ADA).

Dr. Mederos is dedicated to delivering exceptional care with precision and compassion. Her expertise spans wisdom teeth removal, dental implant placement, bone grafting, pathology, TMJ, and trauma surgery. Patients value her meticulous approach, calming presence, and ability to communicate clearly and effectively, which fosters a sense of trust and comfort.

When not at work, Dr. Mederos cherishes quality time with her husband and daughter, finding joy in creating lasting memories with her family.
